Kyle Naples, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Naples graduated from the University of Arkansas and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Mr. Naples brings to Amicare eleven years experience in behavioral health care. He has served multiple roles in the growth and success of Amicare and their facilities. As CEO of Amicare, Mr. Naples’ responsibilities included overseeing all inpatient and outpatient operations of Vista Health and Piney Ridge services. He has also managed over 120,000 sq ft in healthcare construction and renovations and grew the company from one 44-bed hospital to four inpatient facilities with a total of 297 beds, and has grown the educational programs to where Amicare is the largest nontraditional school in the state of Arkansas as well as operate six outpatient clinics. His background started as a Community Liaison in Fayetteville and since worked in many different positions learning all aspects of the business. He is still actively involved in each community that Vista Health operates, with a proven track record on building and maintaining solid referral sources.
Johnny Lancaster, Chief Financial Officer
Johnny Lancaster is a graduate of West Texas State University with a BBA in Accounting. Mr Lancaster has over 30 years of Hospital financial administration with 20 years as CFO of for profit hospitals, the last 15 years he has served as CFO of Psychiatric for profit hospitals in Arkansas, Texas and Florida. He received the CFO of the year award in 2008 from Ardent Health Services. Mr. Lancaster is responsible for all financial operations of AmiCare Behavioral Centers.
Keith Naples, Secretary and Treasurer
Keith Naples has years of healthcare management and financial experience. Since joining Vista Health in 2004, Mr. Naples responsibilities include managing the financial success of the company’s three hospitals and eleven outpatient programs, providing business office oversight and managing both accounts receivable and payable. Prior to joining Vista Health, Mr. Naples was the CEO of New Boston General Hospital, a 25-bed rural hospital. His responsibilities included maintaining a healthy census and ensuring the financial viability of the facility. In addition to the daily functions of the hospital, he managed a podiatric residency program that consisted of a one year residency, a two-year surgical residency and a three-year surgical residency. Mr. Naples graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degree in business economics and has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
Chuck Burklow, Director of Business Development
Chuck Burklow is responsible for marketing and referral development for Amicare hospitals and outpatient facilities. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas where he majored in education and he is also a graduate of the University of Kentucky Medical Center School of Respiratory Therapy. Early in his career Mr. Burklow served 10 years in the United States Navy Reserve as a corpsman and a career counselor. He also serves a consultant to various juvenile justice jurisdictions in the development and facilitation of court mandated diversion programs. In his spare time he enjoys speaking to business and association audiences on effective team-building, motivation and retention.
James Madden, Corporate Compliance and Human Resources
James Madden brings 20 years of behavioral healthcare experience to AmiCare. He is responsible for the Human Resources, Corporate Compliance, Risk Management and Commercial Insurance functions for AmiCare. Mr. Madden served eight years in the Air Force in Medical Services before beginning his behavioral health career as a Psychiatric Tech. His unique experience of learning behavioral healthcare from the bottom up has provided him with a well-rounded prospective on behavioral health operations. Mr. Madden has worked for several healthcare company’s thorough out his career, Rivendell of Arkansas, Keystone Education & Youth Services and Universal Health Services to mention a few. Mr. Madden is a graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Education in Business Administration with Specialization in Health Care Administration.
Trisha Rackley, Director of Quality Assurance
Trisha Rackley graduated from Carl Albert State College School of Nursing and is a Registered Nurse with over 16 years of experience. Ms. Rackley joined Vista Health in 2006 as the Director of Performance Improvement and Risk Management for the Vista Health Fort Smith location and has since served in various roles throughout the organization. Her responsibilities have included ensuring survey preparedness, regulatory compliance, as well as effective risk and utilization management programs. In 2011, Ms. Rackley joined Amicare as the Corporate Director of Quality Assurance to provide oversight and direction to each of the Amicare facilities Performance Improvement programs. She has past experience in both Medical Surgical and Psychiatric Performance Improvement and Infection Control and thus acts as a consultant to hospital based Department Directors and CEO’s.
Trish Marshall, Director of Educational Services
Trish Marshall has 15 years of experience in the mental health services field, and a 20 year career in education. She runs and operates the largest non-tradiotional school in the State of Arkansas. Ms. Marshall has played a variety of roles since her start with Vista Health services in 1997. These positions include; teacher, principal and currently director of education for all classrooms in the Amicare continuum of care. In her role as Director she has worked with a team to develop Therapeutic Day Treatment schools in five different locations for kindergarten through high school age as well as maintain or establish residential schools in three different psychiatric hospitals and an elementary and high school program in the Piney Ridge Center. Ms. Marshall oversees the activity of 32 non-traditional classrooms that are approved through the Arkansas Department of Education. Trish Marshall is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, with a degree in special education and elementary education.
